Mrs. Geesine [sic] NAP, 520 W. Prouty St., passed away suddenly Thursday afternoon. Mrs NAP was born August 10, 1865, in Oostwold, Groningen, the Netherlands. The daughter of Thomas and Trientje SWARTS [sic] KONING. She had resided here for 41 years and was a member of the Second Christian Reformed church. Mrs. NAP was the widow of Aapko NAP, who passed away in April of 1934. Those who survive are: 4 sons, Steven, Herman, Jacob and Emerson; 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Joldersma & Klein funeral home, 917 S. Burdick St., where services will be held Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, Rev. Lambertus VanLaar officiating.
